AMOO, Kafayat Abiola

General Secretary

Abiola is a graduate of Office Technology and Management from The Polytechnic, Ibadan, and holds a Masters in Public Administration from Ladoke Akintola University (LAUTECH), Ogbomosho, Oyo State. She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) and Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management.

She works with the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency (NAMA) in the Industrial Relations Department of the Directorate of Human Resources and Administration.

Abiola has undergone several trainings in Human Capacity Development and Management. She is also a Certified Ethics and Integrity Compliance Officer from the ICPC's Anti-Corruption Academy of Nigeria (ACAN), Keffi, Nassarawa State.

Besides aviation, she is committed to humanitarian services through Junior Chamber International (JCI), where she became a Local Organisation President in 2023 and a Certified Trainer of the JCI Trainers' Academy.

She has served as secretarial member for several committees in her agency and is committed to initiatives that enhance human capacity and growth in the aviation industry.
